Scrapbook Layout: "I Love My Mac"

When I did my most recent order of photos, I didn't have quite enough to use the coupon code I had planned to use, so I added some random photos to my order to fill it up. This page came from one of those random ones.

It's a really simple page. I used the same hexagon template (which I made myself) that I used to cut the woodgrain contact paper hexes for my computer lid to make the hexagons for this page. I cut them out of the same contact paper, stuck them on some grey cardstock and cut them out again. It took awhile, but it was so worth it.

I picked up these Amy Tangerine "Goodness" Thickers for 50% off when I visited an AC Moore when I was up north, and they worked perfectly with this page! I love it.

Do you have a favorite Thickers font? I've been picking up packs here and there (when they're on sale!) so I'm just starting to build a collection, but I think my favorite so far is the new Amy Tangerine style "Journal". I haven't broken into my pack yet, but I see lots of projects using them and I can't wait to start.

I have a Thickers problem (hah!). I get a lot of mine from Peachy Cheap, which has a daily deal and sometimes has a mystery grab bag of Thickers for a really good price. I find myself using the neutral colors the most and tend to favor the small / medium sized fonts (the big ones often don't have enough vowels!)
